| Thursday, October 9, 2008 State Fair of Texas Day , Dallas Free admission for age 60 and over, reduced ticket price for others Member/business meetings as needed, Secured Exhibit area open only to registrants and guests for set up 9 AM to 10 PM at LMRA |
| Friday, October 10, 2008 THE GREAT 2008 Gathering Day , LMRA exhibition area open only to registrants, guests, and possibly other invited guests and groups, time for more display set up, visiting, workshops, any other activities as need, possible catered lunch for those working in exhibit area Spouses Luncheon w/wo guests: Montgomery Antique Mall Tea Room Possible Ft Worth Shrine Circus Afternoon Performance Reception and TASTE OF TEXAS Banquet 6 PM to ? or 10 PM Closing. |
