CIRCUS MODEL BUILDERS, INC

BY-LAW No. 1

A By-law relating generally to the transaction of the affairs of
CIRCUS MODEL BUILDERS, INC.

BE IT ENACTED AS A BY-LAW OF THE CIRCUS MODEL BUILDERS, INC.
as follows:


ARTICLE 1.0 - TITLE AND INCORPORATION

The name of the Organization shall be CIRCUS MODEL BUILDERS, INC. (hereinafter referred to as the Organization) which may, when appropriate, be abbreviated to CMB, chartered and incorporated on March 1, 1965, under the Non-Profit Corporation Laws of May 5, 1933, Public Law No. 289, as amended, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the United States of America.

ARTICLE 2.0 - PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES


2.1     PURPOSE
The Organization was formed to assemble persons whose common hobbies are building or owning miniature models of circus equipment for the diffusion and exchange of ideas, plans and specifications, and to perpetuate the circus as an amusement and educational institution by designing and constructing miniature circus equipment, displaying the same before the public as a reminder of the great institution known as the Circus. It shall be a corporation which does not contemplate pecuniary gain or profit, incidental or otherwise, to its members. It is the Purpose of this Organization to provide a network and forum for people who have an interest in perpetuating the Circus as a universal amusement institution through the design, construction and/or ownership of related models and historical artifacts.

2.2     OBJECTIVES
To fulfill its Purpose this Organization will:

2.2.1     encourage its members to exhibit models and artifacts for public viewing, when and where appropriate.

2.2.2     provide its members with a library of information and plans, and exchange of information through publication of an in-house magazine, the Little Circus Wagon.
