9.2 GENERAL NOTICE OF A GATHERING
Once approval is granted for a Lot Gathering, a notice or press release announcing it must be sent to the Editor of the Little Circus Wagon for publication in timely fashion.
9.3 FINANCIAL SUPPORT
Financial support for a Lot Gathering is the responsibility of the sponsoring Ring(s) and none shall be extended from the Board of Directors.
ARTICLE 10.0 - GENERAL
10.1 MEMBERSHIP CARDS
Membership cards are issued as courtesy cards of identification only and may not be used for any other purpose such as to obtain special favor, consideration, or prestige, or to gain entry into any event. Misuse of a membership card may lead to its withdrawal and dismissal of its holder from membership.
10.2 REPRESENTATION IN BEHALF OF THE ORGANIZATION
Only upon specific authorization from the Board of Directors may a member purport to be acting as a representative of this Organization. Such actions may include entering into correspondence with any individual, museum, outside body or agency in matters relating to the Purpose, business or intent of this Organization. Should a member be approached by any individual or agency to request such representation, then he/she must immediately seek and receive the permission of the Board of Directors before agreeing to act. Disregard of these instructions may result in summary dismissal from the Organization.
ARTICLE 11.0 - AMENDMENTS TO BY-LAWS
11.1 AMENDMENT BY BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The By-laws may be amended, except for amendments described in Clause 11.2, with the approval of the Board of Directors at any regular or special meeting of the Board of Directors convened after notice of the purpose to the Board. Any proposed amendment, however, must be submitted to the Board in writing prior to the same being presented for vote to the Board. Affirmative action by the Board of Directors shall be final unless changed by action of the membership.
11.2 AMENDMENTS BY MEMBERSHIP
Amendments to the By-laws of the Organization, relating to management by the Board of Directors, removal of Directors by members, removal of Directors by the Board, voting rights of Directors, classes and qualifications of members, members grouped in local units, regular meetings, quorum, action by members, voting rights of members, voting and other action by proxy, voting in Non-Profit Corporation matters, judges of elections, termination of membership, and winding up distribution shall only be made with the
