     Lot 1 - CT, ME, MA, NH, NY, RI, VT
     Lot 2 - DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA, WV
     Lot 3 - IL, IN, KY, MI, OH, WI
     Lot 4 - AL, FL, GA, MS, NC, SC, TN
     Lot 5 - CO, IA, KS, MN, MO, NE, ND, SD
     Lot 6 - AZ, CA, HI, NV, UT
     Lot 7 - All countries other than the United States
     Lot 8 - AR, LA, NM, OK, TX
     Lot 9 - AK, ID, MT, OR, WA, WY

The boundaries of each region, except for Lot 7, are loosely defined by the States contained within each region, although adjustments may be made for the convenience of the membership.

6.3     LOT MANAGER
A Lot Manager shall be elected to manage and guide the affairs of the Lot and to represent the Lot on the Board of Directors.

ARTICLE 7.0 - RINGS


7.1     NUMBER OF RINGS
Lots may be divided into local groups which shall be called Rings, any number of which may exist within the jurisdiction of a Lot.

7.2     ESTABLISHMENT OF RINGS
A Ring may be formed by two or more Regular Members, in good standing, by their writing to the Lot Manager for permission to do so, and by furnishing the names of the Founding Members, their membership numbers and the proposed name of the Ring, together with a sum to e determined by the Board of Directors which shall be an annual due. On receipt of the request and the fee, the Lot Manager shall forward the application to the Secretary-Treasurer for approval. Upon approval, the Secretary-Treasurer shall issue a Ring number and a charter, and list the new Ring in the biennial Roster.

7.3     MEMBERSHIP IN A RING
Membership in a Ring is open only to persons holding a current membership, of any type, in the Organization.

7.4     AUTONOMY OF RINGS
All Rings shall have autonomy with respect to activities, shall elect their own officers and enact their own By-laws provided such By-laws do not contravene nor conflict with the
