     c)   any other pertinent information;

     d)   the closing date for which nominations may be mailed to the Election Committee (two dates: the postmark date, and the last date for receiving ballots).

In the event that more than one voting member resides in a household, the mail-out to that household will include a set of ballot forms for each member eligible to vote but only one set of instructions and one copy of additional information.

5.2.2     PRIOR NOTICE OF INTENT
Any eligible member may express an interest in running for office and may do so by sending a notice of intent together with a brief resume or background to the Election Committee at any time prior to the call for nominations. The length of said resume will be established by the Election Committee. This information may be included in the first notice to members but will not be considered as an endorsement for the potential candidate, nor should such information be construed as indicating that the party has been accepted as a candidate for the second ballot. The interpretation of this information will be of the nature, "This person has expressed an interest in and intent to run for office should you, the member, wish to consider him/her."

5.2.3     SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT WITH RESPECT TO NOMINEES FOR LOT MANAGER
A member may nominate a candidate for Lot Manager only with respect to the Lot in which the member resides. Nominations made for a Lot Manager for a Lot that is not the member's own shall render the ballot invalid.

5.2.4     SELECTION OF CANDIDATES FOR THE SECOND BALLOT
Upon receipt of the nominations contained in the first ballot, the Election Committee shall conduct a vote count to reveal the top two (2) candidates for each office determined by number of votes cast per nominee. The candidates thus nominated shall be placed on the second ballot. In the event of a tie for second place, all nominations for second place for that office shall be placed on the ballot. In the event that only one of the nominees consents to have his name place on the second ballot, the election shall continue with only one name

5.2.5     WILLINGNESS TO SERVE
The Election Committee shall contact all nominees for the second ballot to ascertain their willingness to serve on the Board of Directors if elected. At the same time, a candidate expressing willingness must be requested to submit a brief resume, if he/she has not already done so, to be included in the information package with the second ballot mail-out. Where a candidate has been nominated for more than one office, he/she must make the determination of which office to select as no candidate may run for more than one office in the second ballot.

5.2.6     THE SECOND BALLOT
The second ballot shall be conducted in the same manner as the first (5.2.1) except that
