comprised of three members in good standing, one of whom shall be designated Chairperson and of which no more than two members shall be from the same Lot.

5.1.1     ANNOUNCEMENT OF COMMITTEE
The appointees to this Committee shall be announced in the publication of the Little Circus Wagon not later than the November-December issue of the year preceding the next scheduled election. The schedule of events and procedures leading up to and including the election, including a call for nominations, shall be announced not later than the January-February issue of the year preceding the next new term of office for the Board of Directors and officers.

5.1.2     The Election Committee shall be responsible for the conduct and control of the election procedure as defined in this By-law.

5.1.3     USE OF AN OUTSIDE AGENCY FOR VOTE COUNTS AND VERIFICATION
Should the Board of Directors from time to time so determine that the services of an accounting or similar agency be engaged for the purpose of vote counts and certification of results, then the Election Committee shall:

     a)   determine the cost of such services;

     b)   make recommendations to engage such services;

     c)   upon approval from the Board of Directors engage such services subject to any cost limitations imposed by the Board.

5.1.4     NON-ELIGIBILITY OF ELECTION COMMITTEE MEMBERS FOR ELECTION TO OFFICE
No member of the Election Committee is eligible to seek office while serving on this Committee. Should a member wish to seek office, he/she must first resign from the Committee and may do so only prior to the commencement of the Election process.

5.2     ELECTION PROCEDURES
The Election procedure may be conducted by First Class Mail or by sending inserts with The Little Circus Wagon, save where circumstances may arise to prevent this as described in Clause 5.2.9.

5.2.1     CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
A first notice shall be sent to all members to request nominations of candidates to each office. This notice shall contain:

     a)   a nomination ballot form or forms;

     b)   a set of instructions pertaining to the conduct of the ballot;
