     c)   Ensure that all moneys and other valuables in the name of the Organization and to the credit of the Organization are deposited in such banks as may be directed by the Board of Directors

     d)   Disburse funds in accordance with the directions of the Board of Directors

     e)   Make regular reports to the Board of Directors

     f)   ensure that Organization business is conducted in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation and the By - laws and further policies and procedures established by the Board of Directors. Make all required financial reports

     g)   Supervise or/and prepare the required financial budgets for Board approval. A Budget Committee may assist.

     h)   Responsible for filing of Government forms and annual reports that are required by law.

     i)   Provide the President with financial reports of all activities at intervals acceptable to the president, but not to exceed 40 days All checks and expenditures are to be accounted for in this report. All income is to be accounted for. (reports are not to be limited to the President but shall be made as required)

4.18.3.1     Remuneration
The offices of Secretary and Treasurer is deemed a special case with respect to the By-law Clause 4.11, Remuneration for Directors, and is the only exception to this clause. The Secretary and Treasurer shall receive a stipend, which shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors from time to time and shall reflect a reasonable compensation for the time commitment and out-of-pocket expenses incurred. In this context, "stipend" is in no way to be construed or interpreted to mean "salary."

4.18.3.2     Bonding
The Secretary and Treasurer shall be bonded at the expense of the Organization in an amount determined by the Board of Directors and subject to annual review

4.18.4     LOT MANAGERS
Each Lot manager shall act as the Director responsible for the good order and management of the Organization within a specific geographical area defined as a Lot. In this capacity he/she shall:

     a)   represent the membership within the geographical area from which he/she was elected to the Board of Directors in the conduct of all business conducted by the Board of Directors;
