4.18.2     VICE-PRESIDENT
The Vice-President shall:

     a)   assume the duties of the Presidency in the absence, for any reason, of the President;

     b)   carry out such duties as are assigned by the Board of Directors or the President.

4.18.3     SECRETARY and TREASURER
In the event that the Board of Directors shall determine the office of Secretary-Treasurer is too arduous a task for one person, then the offices of Secretary and Treasurer may be established as separate offices. The duties of the Secretary-Treasurer may then be divided. Also if it is determined that the offices of Secretary and Treasurer should be combined, the Board of Directors may combine the offices of Secretary and Treasurer.

The Secretary shall:

     a)   shall act as Secretary to the Board of Directors

     b)   ensure that Organization business is conducted in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation and the By - laws and further policies and procedures established by the Board of Directors

     c)   ensure the maintenance of accurate records of regular membership, Board and special meetings and control of all correspondence; shall receive all reports of Committees, Lots, and Rings; committees or outside agencies; and be the custodian of the Corporate Seal [Charter] and all its documents;

     d)   maintain an accurate and current record of membership and publish a membership roster at intervals determined by the Board of Directors.

     e)   receive certain moneys sent to the Secretary. Keep accurate records and submit the money to Treasurer

     f)   supply Treasurer, in a timely manner, appropriate counts of membership by categories and other information necessary to file government forms and reports.

The Treasurer shall:

     a)   exercise general supervision over the financial administration of the Organization

     b)   ensure that full and accurate accounts of all receipts and distributions are maintained.
